WE USED TO CALL IT UBER.AZ, BUT NOW IT’S HEETCH.AZ.
You can use Uber.az until December 31, 2026. To start booking rides from January 1, 2027, you will need to update the app and continue using the service under the Heetch brand.
The Heetch app will be available for download on the App Store and Google Play.
You can log in to Heetch using your phone number. Use the same number that was linked to your Uber.az account.
Yes, your account and key data will be transferred to Heetch, including your profile, phone number, saved addresses, payment methods, and other data necessary for using the service. If you cannot find some of your data, contact support within the app.
No, you do not need to create a new account. You will be able to log in to Heetch using the phone number you used with Uber.az.
Prices will be calculated the same way as before. The fare depends on the route, time, demand, and car availability.
You can pay for rides with cash or bank card. Available payment methods will be shown in the app.
